Jack Cox presented the 100 Men Who Care collective donation to Richard Sexton on his right and Ragan Kearns on his left. The donation provided the sponsorship for the Tour de Saints initiative to support the Cooperative Christian Ministries of Concord.
July ’21 Award
Our Concord group met on July 15th, voted and awarded our giving circle funding of over $4,600 to the Tour De Saints Charity Bicycle Ride where all proceeds will go to the Cooperative Christian Ministry in Concord. We became the primary sponsor to kick-off the charity event on August 28th which is intended to deliver more than $10,000 to CCM.
Our $4600 donation resulted in an overall donation of $14,000 and was matched by a local business, doubling the overall impact. |

How are donations collected?
100 Men Who Care does not process your gift. We partner with a larger organization to reduce cost and delivery of the donation. The funds are managed by a national organization which is recognized as a nonprofit, 501C3 DAF, and distributes funds for a minor fee to cover any credit card or ACH cost.
Are visitors accepted at the meetings?
Yes, keep in mind, unless they join they will not be able to participate in the discussion or vote. Certainly OK.
Is membership limited to 100 men?
No, our goal is 100 for a local $10K contribution. More than 100 are welcome and even less will be well received by the charities.
How are funds distributed?
The funds are managed by a national organization which is recognized as a nonprofit and distributes funds for a minor fee to cover any credit card or ACH cost. After the meeting, we will notify the Donor Advised Fund of the award. They will confirm the nonprofit organization and send the funds directly to them.
What if I can’t attend a meeting?
They can send in a proxy ballot if you want a fellow member to vote for you or submit their vote ahead of the meeting.
Is my donation deductible?
Yes. Your $100 contribution will be made to a 501(c)3 charity, NOT to “100 Men Who Care”. Tax receipts will be issued to you directly by the charity.
