| Opportunity House was the beneficiary from the 100 Men’s October meeting and will be awarded $4200. Opportunity House is a day shelter in Concord that provides two meals a day, showers, laundry, clothing, and computers. It has a housing program with the long-term purpose of getting people off the streets and into housing. It provides guests with GED assistance, help getting ID’s and counseling for substance abuse and mental health issues. We look forward to hearing about the impact of our donation at the January meeting. |
July ’21 Meeting
Our Concord group met on July 15th, voted and awarded our giving circle funding of over $4,600 to the Tour De Saints Charity Bicycle Ride where all proceeds will go to the Cooperative Christian Ministry in Concord. We became the primary sponsor to kick-off the charity event on August 28th which is intended to deliver more than $13,000 to CCM.

Men and Women of HHI
Men and Women Who Care of Hilton Head kicked off their group at the start of 2021 on the back porch of the Spanish Wells Club. The concept of local, simple and impactful inspired a group of people in Concord to do the same.
