International Center for Community Development (ICCD) in Concord, NC is dedicated to promoting community and economic development. ICCD sets the pace for public services and community education through a unique combination of after-school and adult learning, youth development, and improving human condition for low income, under served, at-risk and the disadvantaged in collaboration with communities.

Through faith, innovation and passion, and thanks to the support of countless community partners, volunteers, donors and advocates, Habitat Cabarrus has made a significant impact in Cabarrus County since its founding. Guided by God, Habitat Cabarrus transforms lives and our community by uniting all of Cabarrus County around the cause of decent, affordable housing for everyone. Habitat Cabarrus strives to be an organization of excellence that demonstrates the love and teachings of Jesus Christ by working in partnership with the community to mobilize resources and eliminate substandard housing in Cabarrus County.
